Sneaking Out, a J2 HS AU for earthquakedream
Title: Sneaking Out
Author:
raeschae
Wordcount: 25K
Rating: NC-17
Pairing(s): J2
Warning(s): Possible underage (all the high school characters are seniors), minor mentions of recreational drug use
Prompt/Summary: When Jared transfers to a new school for his senior year, he expects to be as invisible as he's always been. It doesn't take long for him to realize that being noticed isn't the worst thing in the world, especially when Jensen is the one paying attention. (prompt: Jared is a lonely geek, Jensen is a "bad boy." Jared pines, tries to be "bad" too.)
Notes: Written for

This was so so so so so SO amazing Rae!
Brilliant in it's realism of high schoolers and of the boys and their progression of their relationship and all of it. I fell in love with them so hard.

I am so so so so glad you liked it! If I say I have a soft spot for teenage boys, that also sounds dirty, but I know quite a few of them through work and church and they fascinate me. They're so different from girls - obvious statement is obvious - so I love that you found this accurate!
Thank you again!
