In the world of AU fiction, a lot of television shows have been remixed, re-imagined and plain ripped off. Maybe there's still something out there you're dying to see, though.

* Prompt anything from any television show, canceled or still airing. Any Supernatural or RPF pairing is allowed, no matter how cracktastic or rare it may be.

* You may choose to swap the original cast for the SPN/RPS characters or just drop the SPN/RPS characters into the existing show. Maybe you'd rather write/prompt the characters watching a television show; that's fair game, too.

* When prompting, please include the pairing and the television show in the subject line. Also, please specify any characters you would like to see represented.

* Anybody can leave a prompt and everyone is encouraged to fill a prompt.

* Pimping is also encouraged.

One of them is the "Brian" character, in that he is not interested in a serious relationship, and the other is the "Justin" character (although he does not have to be a twinky high school kid) who falls hopelessly in love with "Brian."

Also, Chris Kane should be Emmett in the sense that, although not a blatant homosexual the way Emmett is, he is the most sane one of the group who gives awesome advice and is always a great shoulder to lean on.

J2 - The Facts of Life

Jensen and Jared go to some kind of school (college, high school, culinary, freaking Julliard, I don't care) and are forced to live in a sort of boarding house/dorm with their classmates. And don't forget to include the "Edna Garrett" character, because that show would have been nothing without her.

J2 - American Idol

Modest yet talented Jensen Ackles is coerced by his friends into signing up for the first season of some kind of singing game show à la American Idol. Jensen's got real talent so he obviously makes it far (perhaps wins?). And along the way he meets Jared Padalecki, the host of the show (except he's way cooler than Seacrest) and they fall in love.

And if some of the choice songs Jensen sings were made famous by classic female country artists, that would be awesome.

Sam is not amused and the hairy thing ... No, it’s freakin’ not Cousin Itt … is coming at them. “Dean. What is it?”

Dean laughs again and Sam’s face twists. All they need is a disconnected hand. Which promptly scampers across the floor. This is getting really weird. Not that they don’t do weird. But Sam didn’t want to have to explain to their dad why they couldn’t handle this simple salt ‘n burn on their own, especially when he’d been the one to declare that he was fifteen now and could do this with Dean alone. No problem. Right.

“What the hell?” Dean is sounding a little less amused. “ ‘S not real. Some sort of gag.” Either way his brother seems to have had enough and raises his shotgun.

The hairy thing … No, wait, isn’t the hand called Thing? Never mind, the walking mop seems to quiver and Sam says, “No, Dean, don’t.”

“Why not? You wanna wait for Lurch to show?” But Dean lowers his weapon. “Now Morticia I wouldn’t mind. Babe was hot.”

“What? You can’t honestly say you’d … “ Sam is interrupted by the walking hair ball. It shimmers and vanishes.

In its place stands a dark-haired … man?

Dean looks at Sam. “The ghost?”

“Looks like.”

“With an Addam’s Family fan club membership?”

The spirit eyes are a mad shade of black and Dean wastes no time lifting the shotgun back up and letting loose a barrage of rock salt.

The front room of the old mansion is quiet once more.

Sam looks at Dean. “Gotta be the hand. We have to find it and burn it.”

Filled - So This Is Love - Part One

“Jensen can we please have an actual conversation?” Jared scrunched his eyes up tight as the flash went off again and took a really deep breath. He’s been trying to have this conversation for what feels like forever, though it’s really only been a couple of months. He hadn’t really wanted to admit it to himself before then, but with each passing day it is becoming more blatantly obvious that he is in love with his best friend. He digs his nails into his thighs, trying to remain calm, but the flash is really starting to tick him off, “And can you please get that stupid thing out of my face.”

Jensen’s mouth falls open, eyes widening in a comical sort of way, looking at Jared as if he had said the most offensive thing in all the world, or at the very least sprouted a second head, “Stupid thi- stupid thing? You did not just call the Hasselblad H3D-39II, Medium Format Digital SLR Camera with 39mp Sensor & 3″ LCD Display, a stupid thing? This” and Jensen holds the camera up pointedly, “is not a stupid thing. This is a thing of beauty.”

Jared finds the level of reverence in Jensen’s voice almost downright disturbing, narrowing his eyes as his best friend strokes, yes strokes the damn thing.

“Well it’s about to be a thing of a million tiny little pieces if you don’t get it out of my face right now.”

“Ok, ok relax,” Jensen says in a let’s not get crazy kind of way, putting his hands up in surrender before returning the camera to its protective case and then sitting up on the picnic table he bumps his knee against Jared’s shoulder, “What did you want to talk about?”

Jared takes another deep breath, holding it in. He looks up into those big green eyes, they hold everything that Jared has ever held dear, every laugh, every smile. He can’t do it. He can’t tell him. There’s too much riding on this. And he’s not about to throw all that away, “Forget it.”

Jensen leans forward, head tilted in consideration, and again Jared finds himself holding his breath, as Jensen holds his gaze, but then he pulls back, leaning back on his hands, decision made, “You still coming over for movies tonight?” Jared’s eyes follow the arch of Jensen’s neck, as he stretches back, god he’d give anything just to lick it just the once.

“Hmm?” and he shakes his head, pushing his hand back through his hair as Jensen brings himself forwards once more to look at his friend, “What? Uh yeah. Yeah, I’ll be there,” and he forces himself to smile, feeling the muscles in his cheeks tug up of their own volition into a fully fledged grin as Jensen returns the gesture.
