So Many Questions - I Need Your Answers

So I had this idea - to write a fic that examines a question - and I went poking around online for some questions. Below are the four that I found most interesting or thought provoking. I'm going to write about one of them, I'm just not sure which one yet.


* Would you rather have a great friend you could share everything with or a great lover you can’t really talk to?

* Would you ever start a relationship with someone who was still living with an ex for financial reasons?

* Do you consider yourself sexually open minded?

* Have you ever had a true one-night stand?


Why even bring it up, if I don't know where I'm going with it? Because I'm curious to see what you guys think. Which question appeals to you? Which, if any, of them do you have a strong reaction or opinion about? Talk to me, help me choose. Or just scrap them all in favor of something you'd rather see. :)


(Oh, and PS, this one will contain supporting characters and side pairings so who, besides the Js, do you wanna see hooked up?)

IDK why but the second is setting off alarms, like, no way would I. LOL then again, I'm very skeptical of guys and exes and all that jazz after unknowingly being the other woman in one relationship and being cheated on in two others :(

See, that's interesting because I'm the kind of guy who just doesn't care. I'm not jealous at all, and if I'm being told that it's an ex, that's it, I'll believe it. Maybe I'm just really naive, or it's just that I never had someone that I really liked that much, if that even makes sense!

Hah! I'd go with the last part, not in a mean way. Just that I can see if you're not feeling terribly strongly about someone, you won't think twice about anything. I'm certainly in the once bitten twice shy category.

You're probably right! I've never had someone really serious so most of the time I just don't care. Now I can be a jealous bitch if someone hogs my friends' attention and makes me feel left out so... I may be the jealous type after all!

We all like to claim we're not the jealous type - I say it all the time. Truth is, when you care about someone, I think everyone has a little jealousy in them. You guys have me thinking about a B-plot that just might work, though.

It's all about trust, right? Can you trust someone you just met enough to believe that they're building something with you and not continuing something with someone they used to love and still co-habitate with? I'm not sure but that's part of the fun of writing it - I'm kind of curious to explore it now.

One interesting question is "can you be jealous and trust this person you just me?"

I think it's possible. A lot of people are really jealous, but try to get over it because they are aware they may be overreacting and a bit irrational.

I'm sincerely thinking about it now. I have to figure out who all to have in it and how they're all going to revolve around each other but it's something intriguing to me and I like the ideas I'm having. It's been awhile since my brain really churned like this!

Awesome :D You think you're gonna write a storyline with an open relationship? It always fascinated me. There is this actress that I really like, Tilda Swinton, who's known for being married and having a relationship with an other man, and both are (apparently) okay with it.

Or a ménage à trois? Since I've seen Vicky Cristina Barcelona I'm intrigued with this idea!
