Summary: Laying your heart on the line while drunk off your ass is never a good idea, and nobody knows that better than Jensen, editor-in-chief of Coda Online. But a fifth of whiskey and one incredibly wasted blog post does give him the chance to rebuild his friendship with Jared, who he hasn't spoken to in two years. Now all he has to do is convince Jared that he's not the same guy he was in college, which may prove difficult since Jared's not, either.

I absolutely loved this! I'm a big music geek and it made me squee whenever Jared or Jensen mentioned an obscure band that I like.

I'm such a music geek, too, so I love when people actually get the more obscure references. (Though, I will admit, I tried to stay with slightly more common ones for this fic, just to help make it a little more universal.)

I would tell you not to worry, but I know the feeling. I was terrified, too, but also so excited I couldn't stand it. The only thing I can say is that it's always worse in your mind than it will turn out to be in reality. Your concept is good, and people WILL like it. Then you'll feel silly for worrying so much.

I do understand the nerves, so if you need a cheerleader, you just let me know!

I'm seriously just trying not to think about it at the moment. It doesn't get posted for another couple of weeks and it's been fully complete and back from beta for a month

You are a better person than I am. In the last month before I posted, I couldn't stop touching mine. (Which, I'm aware, sounds dirty.)

It's a great idea, though - I remember loving it when it went up for art posts, and then when I saw the reveal - that it was yours - I was like, "Oh, I really like her stuff - that's going to be awesome!"

Hehe! I'm going to do some final tweaks next week I think (and hopefully not be suddenly filled with the urge to re-write the whole thing) and then I will leave it alone. Honestly, I think I could pick at it forever and still not be 100% happy with it
