I got my assignment this morning! I was nervous (still am a little because I don't want to disappoint the person I'm writing for), but I have decided that I am not going to let myself be intimidated. They say it's best to write what you know, and I know f/f relationships - I can do this! (Pardon me while I take a second to pep-talk myself.)

Here's the question, because I have a few options here: Do I write RPF or do I really challenge myself and write my first SPN fic? And if I decide to step out of my comfort zone and write SPN, do I write established female characters, or do I try my hand at girl!Sam or girl!Dean? Oh, the decisions.

In other news, I did get half of my threesome fic finished last night. It only took me four different starts to figure out exactly which path I wanted it to take. /o\ I also, for some random reason that only my brain can understand, started a new Disclaimer story. It doesn't fill any of my bingo prompts or anything - it just kind of popped into my head while I was watching television.

Alright, so I'm going to finish catching up on e-mails from last night, and maybe try to look like I'm getting some work done. What are you guys doing today?

You can do this, I'm sure. :) I'd vote for trying to step out of your comfort zone and try writing SPN fic, but I think RPF is good, too. Whatever you feel like writing, I guess. If you decide on SPN, I think established female characters are better choice than girl!Sam or girl!Dean.

A NEW DISCLAIMER STORY! I had to use capslock to express my excitement! :D:D:D What is it about? Or do you prefer not to say anything? I can't wait!

What am I doing? Well, I'm trying to write (I have a little over a week to finish my Generation Kill bigbang story, so I need to hurry up), but it's going sloooowlyyyyy. That's why I'm checking my flist and generally being lazy. ;)

SPN seems to be the consensus. I'm going to look over the prompt again tonight and see what I can come up with. I'm more nervous about those characters being in-character - with RPS, there's a little more freedom to move them around and make them different. It'll be a challenge, though. I like challenges.
